When it debuted in September 1992, Batman (The Animated Series) became a worldwide phenomenon. The design produced by Warner Bros. under the baton of Bruce Timm he brought back to the general public a Batman with a darker tone than the memory of many kept because of previous cartoons and series with the hero. Everything in the right tone to please both children and adults! The series won numerous awards and set the tone for DC/Warner's animations for years to come.
In the fall of 2010, already under the aegis of Disney, Marvel brought the animation The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. After a failed attempt by Fox Kids with The Avengers: United They Stand (1999), this is considered by many to be the best animated version of the cartoon heroes. In 2012, with the cinematic success of Avengers, the design was followed by a new version: Avengers Assemble.
