This is almost a CLASSIC BATTLE! I don't think so because Brainiac has had multiple interpretations over time, which are sometimes very similar and sometimes very different from Ultron!
I have a crush on the robotic version that appeared in the early 80s! It was something that further differentiated his appearance from Lex Luthor himself and highlighted his alien technological origin.
Something that always attracted me to Ultron was that he is the 'A.I. more human' than there is in the comics! Ultron has an almost human villain demeanor, with tantrums and emotional goals to prove he is superior to his creators! A showdown between these two villains seems inevitable and would be very interesting!
