Description
And note, it's still attached to the truck, GilCokin Tobacco T1 filter. Still experimenting with these filters on this camera.

Only to shorten that stick which is in front of the tire, then resize and "frame" the photo.

I disapprove the shortening thou. But for the rest it's an amazin angle and very good colours. I love the idea behind it as well. Furthermore, you did a great job except for the stick-shortening.

The stick was shortened because it extended up past the fender and took away from the shot. Because I couldn't see my LCD screen when I took the shot due to the sun's angle, I didn't realize it was in the shot. If I had noticed it while I was there, I would've made it so that the stick wasn't in the shot at all. Thanks for the feedback

It reminds me of the beginning titles of a tv show here, where an old car is shown from such an angle- can't think which show it is though

I think my all time favourite show from your corner of the world was On The Buses.

Thank you - I'm trying to take what I learn on here and remember to use it when I go out to shoot.

the perspective is great! the colouring seems inconsistent though.

Thank you
This was one of my very first shots using that filter, I'm still learning how to get the full and best effects from them.

good luck with that, your photography is so much more professional like than mine... all i have is my digital camera which was a gift and that's it im 2 povo 2 get any filters or even a higher quality camera (although i'm happy with mine), maybe i shold get a job.

Very nicely done Tami .. I've never been a fan of the cokin filter .. 'cheaters sunset' we used to call it, but it does have its place... I just don't feel that this was it due to the prominent green on the bottom of the photo.. ..a bit too much centering of the 'horizon' between the truck and the sky makes the composition a little off too .. but that may be due to the black area on the left... all in all I would've liked to have seen more detail where that black area is.. that involves some tricky settings when shooting extreme contrasts like this...
anyway .. there's my 'honest' one for the day .. hope it didn't hurt hun ...
