Description
Well this took me some time to finish. Mostly because of all the distractions, but I coloring this picture was a tough task and I'm not really happy how it turned out in the end.

And since so many of you asked about the story behind the pictures, I might sit down one day and write it down. For now, feel free to criticize my poor English skills and gramar errors in this short description of the scene:

Twilight was sitting right next to a lifeless body of one of her best friends. It was a surreal situation for her, something that mere days ago she would only experience in her most horrific nightmares. And yet, here she was now, gently holding her friend's head, looking at now barely visible wound on the side of her neck. It wasn't just that Rainbow Dash was dead. She killed her. She, Twilight Sparkle, the personal protege of Princess Clestia, the Element of Magic, the hero of Equestria. She lied and murdered her friend, drunk her blood and did something even worse after that.
She was terrified and fascinated by her own actions. She remembered the talk she had with Princess Luna just few nights ago. A talk that changed her life just like she just changer Rainbow's. But unlike her friend, Twilight knew the consequences and the price for her new life, as well the reason the Princess of the night even revealed her secret, to the unicorn. It was ultimately Twilight's decision to defy her fate by accepting the Lunar princess's offer and by that decision she brought the same fate on all of her friends.
A familiar tingling in her mind brought Twilight back into reality. She felt magic. Strong, dark, yet strangely calming sensation filled her troubled heart. She knew what was going to happen next.
Stiff and cold body of Rainbow Dash fell numb suddenly and in an almost perfect silence of the empty chamber Twilight heard another heart starting to beat.
And then it happened. Every muscle in Rainbow's body violently contracts, arching her back and forcing her limbs to shoot into the air and wings to beat into the wooden floor as if the poor pegasus desperately wanted to grab something as she was falling to her death. Her eyes shot open, filled with terror and maddening pain as her lungs screamed for air and her heart burned with pain she had never imagined. The expression on her friend's face forced tears into Twilight's eyes.
"I'm so sory, RD..." she whispered trying to calm the pegasus down a little. "Please forgive me for what I had to do..."
she could hear hoofsteps in the corridor just outside of the chamber. Rarity will be here soon and she'll have to explain to Rainbow what is going on, but after that... Twilight felt a old claw tightening it's grip on he heart... after that she'll have to do it again...
