Description
This is another PPG OC I adopted from (I did not draw this). For now, I'm calling her Dee Dee, until I can come up with a better name for this one.

This girl is one of four sister's who were made by professor Blossom Utonium, who repeated her father's work, but this time intentionally adding a controlled amount of chemical X. Thus the next generation of Powerpuff Girls were born.

Even for her age, Dee Dee is all about her look. She's virtually obessed with the latest outfit, accessories, and hair style. In a just world, she'd rather be a full-time fashionista, than a super hero. But fortunately she's being raised right, and knows she'd feel guilty if someone got hurt and she didn't act when she knows she can prevent something bad from happening. Though Dee Dee loves her sisters very much, and anjoys spending time with them, she feels like she connects the most with Dusk, especiallysince they both love fashion. This little girl dreems of being a famous designer, and have her sister, Dusk, as a model for her.

Super strength
Ice breath
Generating energy berriers

Her powers are still developing, so she may get more over time.
