Description
Taking a break from my Civil War series, having mentioned Maxima, i felt the need to provide a picture for anyone who is unfamiliar.

The feisty redhaired Maxima was a formidable alien space princess, who provided a brief enemy for Superman until she became an ally and part of the Justice League.

Eventually DC killed her off, presumably because they couldn't find anything for her to do.

Which was a shame because when they focused on the proud "Warrior Queen" aspect of her character in her Justice League days, she was very cool and likeable character. And she was also powerful, in a can punch nearly as hard as Superman way and had formidable psionic abilities.

Another character who deserves to be brought back, but maybe not until the next reboot.
