Rita reports to her Emperor, the dreaded Lord Zedd, of recent events...I havent actually seen the recent Power Rangers movie yet beyond some clips and trailers, but i have mildly fond memories of the rather silly but oddly endearing TV show, particularly of the rather memorable design of the villain Lord Zedd. The design would require very little alteration to fit into the style of the new movie in fact, so here is Lord Zedd and my take on the new movie version of Rita Repulsa.

I had clean forgotten about all those characters who served Rita. It would make sense to have them feature in any sequel before the main event of Lord Zedd ( who i guess would be best saved for being the main foe of a third movie ).

Oh, and I read your description; if you want/need a suggestion for alteration, replace his metal platings & his staff with crystals, as a tribute to his history with the Zeo Crystals (look at what it done to his face)

Based on how they..."re-imagined" Rita in this new movie, it will certainly be interesting to see how Zedd might look in a sequel. Hopefully he'll be granted more dignity than Goldar, who was just a faceless final boss at the end.

I was kind of hoping Goldar would be seemingly Rita's loyal servant, while in reality reporting to Lord Zedd. It sounds like that isn't the case, a pity. Hopefully in any sequel they won't deviate too far from Zedd's general design, it's a decent look for a villain.
