Description
"Totally not like Alien at all" Atlee says with nervous sarcasm as they both she and Powergirl try to spook each other in the darkness of the Tomb-like Pyramid. Joking aside they continue through the dimly lit to near darkness of each hall, nearing the point of the signal. As they progress within it is clear that the atmosphere has become perfectly breathable.

Atlee however insists on keeping her helmet on, since she lacks superhuman lungs, and she isn't an idiot scientist. Atlee is however, fascinated by the construction of the pyramid. Atlee's powers over earth and minerals enable her to sense that it is as ancient as it looks, but is also far in advance of Superman Fortress, more...intricate as she puts it.

For Kara, this mystery is nagging her, she had thought Clark/Superman had filled in the knowledge she had missed out on due to faults occurring in her spacecrafts information programs when she was sent to Earth.

But he never mentioned anything about possible colonies existing beyond Krypton. And there is no sign of anyone who would have set a signal, Kara readies herself for whatever might happen, when a voice that echoes all around them speaks " Bio-scan confirms Kryptonian life-form of Ruling Caste. Welcome, child of Alura".

And so i continue to rewrite previous DC continuity, but in a manner i see as more gently beneficial rather than ground shakingly altering. Were i doing this as a comic i would have tried to fit as many references to recent and old Sci-fi horror movies as i could in Powergirl's and Terra's banter.
