It reads well. I like that the three panels on the right are slightly offset, that adds an interesting little flair that I like. Wonderfully detailed as well - not an inch of this has been left untouched.
Only problem, I think is potential speech bubble placement. I imagine it'd be difficult to squeeze all the dialogue in on the last four panels.

In the second panel, the way that Sonic's arm/shoulder is attached, as well as the proportions look weird. It makes it look like the spike is coming off of his shoulder. The smudging behind it makes it look like he is super thin. Also, his arm kinda looks like it was stabbed into his side. Also, Sally has 3 hair spikes in front in the first two panels, and 4 in the last one and the tufts in the back don't really match up as well. Sonic's finger in the (3rd?) panel, specifically the pointer, looks stubbed.
Also, Rotor looks like Goofy in the first panel.Β

I earned the opportunity to do some Sonic off-panels for Archie as my first job in comics.Β Mr Kaminski has been working with me until I am ready to draw full issues and has been sending me old scripts to work from.

That's cool, I think does art work for Archie too. I don't remember in what capacity but she at least did Naugus' mental break down after the first Genesis Wave.

It's a redraw of one of the pages of issue 227 of the Archie comic. There's various differences including the layout and the characters using their current designs.

Your take on Rotor is getting better. I'd say he's just a tiny bit too big in the last panel. Sally looks a bit...weird in the 3rd panel. She looks less like she's hugging herself for emotionalΒ comfort and more like she's trying to cover herself out of embarrassment. Sonic also looks kinda off model at times. The most glaring being the last panel where his head doesn't look like it's moving forward with his body. Overall without any context, this is kinda hard to read on just art alone. It's good but there's still room for improvement. One last thing to mention is that the original page has six panels, not five. Not sure why you decided to remove one in favor of making the last panel bigger but it put you at a disadvantage in terms of space limitations.
