Here's WFSID 007 Rainpour, the Rainstorm Pokemon and the evolved form of Cloudrop! With its ability, See Through, physical damage can do nothing to its cloud like body. Its big arms are insulated and thus are capable of also releasing powerful electric blasts. Unlike previous WFSID, Rainpour is part of the Bago Region.
