Normal, science nerd, Peter Parker gets bitten by a radioactive spider during a school field trip. This accident gives the unsuspecting teenager super human abilities which he tries to use for his personal gain. After the unexpected murder of his beloved Uncle Ben, Peter blames himself. Distraught and out of options he chooses to accept on offer from Nick Fury, director of S.H.E.I.L.D and is enrolled into the agency's Covert Ops division.
With his abilities, Parker completes the program with ease and is given a one-of-a-kind prototype enhancement suit. Built from proprietary Stark Tech and S.H.I.E.L.D experimental nano-technology, this suit enhances all of Parker's abilities. Augmenting his already increased strength, speed, agility and durability, the suit also has auxiliary upgrades. A shadow cloak that makes the suit near invisible in darkness and shadow. Web shooters in each wrist with auto-refilling cartridges. Reinforced bulletproof exterior lining. Nano fibers attached at the spine that affect the body's reflexes resulting in a "sixth sense" that borders on precognition.
Given the nature of Parker's remarkable abilities and the suit's enhancements, his field code name is, The Spider.

can you do a redesign for Venom in the style of the Spider but this time portray him as a Spetsnaz Vympel Veteran who was modified genetically and trained extensively to be The Russian version of the Spider who then developed a grudge for The Spider because he was humiliated by The Spider in one of his missions and also make him a Russian/German man who is only known by the name ofΒ GehΓ€ssigkeitΒ and Yad or Venom in Russian and German respectively

This would do great for the "Marvel's Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D." tv series. Marvel does have the television rights to Spider-man, just not the theatrical rights, so why not? I would love for the wall-crawler to take part in the legendary MCU.
