Kinda goofy, but I spotted this sucka lurking on my hard drive...This is a random page from a six-page story that appeared in issue #4 of the colorized DIRTY PAIR: SIM HELL REMASTERED. The "story", such as it was, featured very brief, single-page anecdotes from the DP's lives throughout the years.
Here, we're seeing an incident featuring Kei and Yuri at roughly age 15 or 16, on the night after they'd been accepted for membership in the pangalactic trouble-shooting organization known as the WWWA. (Or 3WA, whateva.)
Note that this story originally appeared in B&W form, repro'd from my pencils on linen-finish cardstock, in the individual issue #4 of SIM HELL: REMASTERED. This particular version, featuring colors by Guru eFX, appeared only in the SIM HELL: REMASTERED trade-paperback collection. Sadly, I have no other files from the colorized version to show you.

For those surprised that Yuri passes the "Hotness Scan" while Kei fails it? Remember that the name of the story is SIM HELL; Kei is trapped in a VR nightmare that's screwing with her memories.

Awesome. I used to read your Dirty Pair (and Bubblegum Crisis) in Manga Mania back in the mid 90s... Sim Hell was awesome, I'd love to pick up those series again.

God, Kei is always the hot one, regardless of version. Which is why the writing simply doesn't fit. The fact that Kei is always reffered to as "the manish one" in comparison to Yuri has always made me question my sexuality.

You don't have to talk to me. If you don't like how he draws something, then be more constructive. Leaving something like "I don't like how you drew them" isn't constructive. It's just plain rude. Anyone with half a brain would know that.

The point of posting a comment on a picture is to give the arties feedback, and thats what he got.

Look, I'm not gonna argue with you on his page. He doesn't need to see this. It's pointless. I'm not saying that your comment is wrong or anything (that would be wrong on my part) but saying it in that way is horribly rude and impolite. How would you like someone posting rude comments on your picture that you spent countless hours on? So to end this argument, I would highly suggest that even if you don't like it, be tactful. Suggest what you think they should change and state what you DO like. That way, no one (or especially the artist) thinks that you're an insensitive mook that has nothing better to do than to be nasty. That way, it's fair and they'll most likely take your advice.

Its called constructive critisim. I never said it was bad I was just stating that its not as good as the original. So many people love his work what does it matter that I dont like this one picture. But regardless end this its pointless and your the only one that seems to care about what I said. If your so interrested in what I say just watch me and look at all my post. Other then that I have more things to do then talk to a child with a closed mind.

That was definitely the most bizarre series in all the DP runs. Still, I always love the extreme use of tech you put into it from clothes to food. How do you come up with that stuff?
