Another proposal illo from my rejected proposal for a GEN13/ DIRTY PAIR crossover, circa roughly 1997.I'd try to explain the basis for this image, but time is short, today. In the end, ol' Grunge gets degraded, big-time, but he comes off as a bit more badass in this particular illo.

Hell yeah! Your version of Grunge was always my favorite, he had great dialoge and your look for him really fit his personality. Damn shame this didn't come to pass looks pretty sweet.

IIRC, there is a somewhat similar composition in "Grunge: The Movie" (depicting another of the dear boy's self-adoring reveries). I see this as a sarcastic take on that one -- if Grunge is looking for "ego support", he's dealing with the wrong Pair...
