Description
Here are my finished pencils for the first page of a 10-page story I wrote and drew for Marvel's team-up anthology A+X back in 2013, featuring the probability-empowered heroines Domino and Scarlet Witch teaming up to deal with an alien* WMD that likewise uses probability as a weapon. As the story was reproduced straight from my pencils (without any inks), I first did an underdrawing in non-reproducible blue pencil before cranking out the final, ink-imitating drawing stage. Hope you'll pardon the gray band in the center of the page, a sign of the two separate, smaller color scans I had to piece together to construct the final page.
And here's my initial rough for the page, if you care to compare:

Was it traced from the rough sketch or you drew the underdrawing anew?
What's the size of your rough page?
Thanks!

Traced from the rough AND underdrawn again.
The rough page measures 8.5" by 12 7/8" or so, which is legal-size (8.5" X 14") copy paperΒ trimmed down to comic-page proportions.

I finally got my hands on this story a few months ago, and I was dissappointed by how short it was Β Marvel should give you more shots at their properties, it's clear from Empowered that you give a lot more thought to the mechanics of a goofy superheroic mileu than 90% of the established capes writers.
Reimagining supers by mixing them with hard sci fi tropes has made Warren Ellis's career, after all. Of course he can't draw a stick figure, sometimes I wonder if being an artist is a handicap
As for the pencil/inks thing, have you (Well you must have!) considered going digital? There is no ...ink, to paraphrase Neo.
You do lose saleable originals that way, I know...
