Background: In 2006, DC Comics and Pontiac kicked off a new miniseries, RUSH CITY, that was in effect a product-placement deal on a grand scale. Mysterious new urban hero Diego Zhao, aka “Rush,” rights wrongs, helps the helpless, and defeats the defeatless with the help of his snazzy and gadget-heavy car, a Pontiac Solstice GXP (hence the product placement). Note, by the way, that former firefighter Diego dubbed the sports car “Sam” after his ex-fiancee’s daughter, who died in a fire.

So General Motors is doing team-ups with comics publishers now? (The Big Three meet The Big Two...) Calling the model a GXP is perhaps unintentionally amusing to anime fans...

The series sounds damn awesome! Your dynamic art style, and your ability to portray complex emotional states on the characters' faces make this page look really good. And I always enjoy a series in which the main character does not solve his problems in "typical" good-guy manner.
