Whoops, breaking up the gallery's string of B&W EMPOWERED pages with a quick jump back to another full-color illo that Ryan Kinnaird and I did for EA's snowboarding game SSX3. Me on the linen-finish line art, Ryan on the extensive color art.In an unsurprising twist, this illo wasn't used in the game itself, as the chicas were (correctly) deemed a mite too spicy for a game rated "E For Everyone." Several illos ran afoul of that problem, in fact. I'm told, however, that this particular piece was released as a print...?

When I see this picture it makes me think that I never got to 100% completion with this game, and I never got the last bonus character... Oh well who needs 100% anyway

Haha yep! That's the one on my wall right over my computer. EA released 20 prints of different pieces of art, and I got 7/20 on both... did they not let you know they were doing that?

Er, no, I hadn't heard of that... I'll have to harass my EA contact about those prints, though I assume that they're long gone. Oh, well... I only like a few of the pieces, anyway.
Were you the person that posted the "four-girl pile-up" SSX3 piece, BTW? I was rather startled to come across that one when I was egosurfing DA before joining up... "Hey, that didn't even make it into the game, yet here it is...!"

Nope, I wouldn't post artwork that isn't mine. The other piece I have is called "Elise SSX3" and features Elise by herself with 3 different backgrounds.

Ah... Well, at some point, I'll post the original and the censored version of that Elise piece. (Her original pose was rather grievously exploitative, I have to admit; the revised version actually looks better, IMHO).
