This was a commission I did for Dragon*Con a couple years back, but I never posted it because I had intended to color it. Now it seems like that ship has sailed - if it was going to get color, it would have happened by now. I've got too much else on my plate, unfortunately. And oh, the plans I had!
This is basically every significant companion/partner of the 9th, 10th, and 11th Doctors*, from regular series appearances and Christmas specials. Even got Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All in there, and the genetic duplicate of the 10th Doctor that went to the other dimension with Rose. This was a lot, lot, lot of fun to do, as much for reminiscing on good times gone by as for the drawing itself.
*YES I KNOW CLARA ISN'T IN IT. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME. This was done before she made any appearances in the show. Before she was even announced! There was no way I could have known she'd show up. It's part of why I'm not going to color it or make a print out of it - I know that, if I did, I'd spend all day at conventions hearing "Where's Clara?!" or "You forgot ________" or "Where's the NEW Doctor?" or whatever. I didn't "forget" anybody, I simply drew it long before any of those characters were announced.
The only character I could conceivably be charged with "forgetting" is Kazran Sardick , and I didn't forget him - I chose not to include him for space reasons. So there.
EDIT: You can download this in really high resolution, so if anybody out there wants to try coloring it themselves, go to town! Just let me know in the comments if you did so I can see your work.

Hi I coloured your wonderful drawing. My daughter
suggested I colour this. Since she says she turned me into a Whovian. Bet you never thought you'd see an older lady colour your picture.

I've started to colour this. Here's a quick WIP if you're interested. Wip (I only blacked out the small thumbnail so the rest of the colouring will be a surprise to everyone. I just want to show off small bits at a time.)
I'll send you a link to the completed piece once it's finished. It will probably take me a while seeing as I only have small bits of free time to work on it. I hope I'm doing your linework justice. I'm having a blast so far colouring it.

Like so many others, would have loved to see this in color. I didn't even notice the detail on River's gun belt. And I would have loved to seen what your version of Wilfred Mott would look like. I know he wasn't a very significant companion, but he did take one trip in the Tardis.

This is AWESOME! I love the drawing style, very clean lined, a bit caricatured but perfectly recognizable. River looks FABULOUS!. Love Jack. 11, Martha, Donna, and Amy are excellent. I especially love 10.5, with the one heart on his T-shirt. K-9 is absolutely perfect! And I'm so glad you included him.
I like everybody's hair, very them, and very unique to each, recognizable with only a few lines (especially Jack's) and all the little details are just great, they so make the piece, the detailing on River's gunbelt, Jack's coat, the "sheen" on 9's Jacket, the expression on Donna's face, Jackson Lake's screwdriver.
All of it just fabulous!
Now I have to go look at more of your artwork.

Thanks so much for such a detailed compliment. I really appreciate hearing all of it, as you managed to say something nice about pretty much all the stuff I worked hardest to get right! 
And of course I included K-9! That episode with 10 and Sarah Jane was one of my favorites of the whole series. It epitomized one of the show's great strengths - taking silly old concepts and making them sentimental and sweet and lovable beyond their surface ridiculosity.

Then I went, awww!
Then I saw no plan for print, and slumped.
This piece is too amazing to be kept in the vault!

I'm kind of sad about not taking it all the way to color, but it's getting to be an older piece for me now and all I can see are flaws. I'm afraid this ship has sailed.

I, for one, would actually be MORE likely to buy a print if it didn't have her annoying smirk on it, but if you really wanted, you could just do what the writers did and copy/paste Amy Pond and make her more bland. But, seriously, I 100% understand where you're coming from. I get the "Oh, you forgot..." comment ALL the time and it's annoying as hell.
As far as the drawing, though - amazing as always. You really shine on these big group shots. It'd be so easy to slack off on some of these characters (I'm a pretty big fan, and I still had trouble remembering them all.) but you gave the same love and attention to each of them.

Soooo I'm getting that you aren't a Clara fan. Is that a fair assumption?
And I try not to be bugged by the "You forgot"s, but after a while and getting so many of them it starts to grate on me. If you like the piece, great. If you don't, I understand. But don't only pipe up to point out that you think you know more about these characters than the artist. Nobody cares. If they wanted that character in the piece, they'd have put them there. If that's all you've got to say, please just move along quietly.

Huh? What ever gave you that idea? - Seriously, I just feel like Moffett only knows how to write one type of female character and it's been diminishing returns ever since River Song. Even the weird priest lady in the last episode, a one-off character we'll probably never see again, was yet another "strong and sassy woman who waits for the Doctor because she's secretly in love with him". I tend to defend Moffet against the growing number of haters (He wrote some of my favorite episodes in the RTD era.) but even I'm beginning to come around on the whole sexism issue.
And I just remember when you did your Avengers print and the crap you got about not putting the Hulk in there. And I know I'm guilty of it too; when you put up your Teen Titans print -which I absolutely love- and I mentioned the lack of archers; so I get why fans may have that knee jerk reaction when looking for favorite characters. But on the other hand, I know how old it can get after a while. If I included every character I "forgot" in my Secret Time Lords print, it'd have more characters then a medium sized phone book and I wouldn't know or care about 95% of 'em. And I'm all for discussion, but it's the saying "you forgot..." that really gets under my skin. Like you said, we know what we're doing!

I feel like Moffett had such a wide swing from his best stuff to his worst. I can certainly see why he's a polarizing figure.
And yes, it's the specific phrase "You FORGOT so-and-so" that drives me bonkers. It always comes off as snide, no matter what they intend. I try to roll with it when I hear it and think of their intentions rather than just their impact, but it does bug me every time.

HAD to have them. I loved that special so much. It was a perfect compliment to the overall spirit of the Doctor (especially the 10th) - that any one of us mere humans has it in us to be a Doctor. Such a great sentiment.
