Commission from Emerald City Con 2012; Pencil.Peter Dinklage is my hero. Tyrion Lannister was easily one of my two favorite characters in the Song of Ice & Fire books. And now they've come together in a truly once-in-a-lifetime role on the Game of Thrones show, wherein EVERY EPISODE he has some line, some gesture, some moment that I just have to rewind and watch a couple times. The character is written superbly and acted sublimely and Dinklage deserves every award and every accolade he receives.
...And that's really all there is to say, isn't there? So here's Tyrion surrounded by his favorite things. Enjoy.

His head is normally a bit oversized compared to his shoulders, but the face is definetely recognizable.

The Wizard of Oz had the most (sorry if this offends some) short people on set in history but tyrion makes that amount seem tiny!

Gah, Tyrion is just so... so... There aren't any words to express how bloody awesome he is.
In fact, aside from Cersei and Joffrey (I hate that little %Β£*$), all the Lannisters are pretty damn win.
Jaime's got a few lolworthy lines, and Tywin is actually pretty cool.
Buuut Tyrion really takes the cake. And Peter Dinklage is an amazing actor. He really brings the role to life.
Speaking of-- You really brought this image to life! It's very well drawn, and the perfect tribute to both actor and character.

So I just started watching Game Of Thrones(on episode 5), and it's amazing. My fave characters are Tyrion, Daenerys, and John Snow. You did an awesome job drawing the character and Mr. Dinklage(so handsome!).
