I need to paint more realism studies; they're so much fun, and very educative! Adding more depth and varying shades of color to skin really brings life to a character, and you can get away with being a bit messy.
It's quite fitting that Danathen should be the first of my characters to benefit from a realism study, as he has so quietly and humbly waited years for me to draw him again. Question: I'm querying right now to get my novel published and I would really like you to do the cover art if at all possible. If a publisher agreed, do you think you could do it?

Thanks so much for asking, but I'm afraid I have too much on my plate for the rest of the year, including another book cover. I might have an opening next year, but it will depend on the subject matter of your book and what exactly you wish to have painted for the cover.
