Oh my... (swoon) I always liked the sketch you did of this, and I never expected to see it fulfilled, but it has made my WEEK that you did!

(sigh) This is very probably the most gorgeous Eight and Charley fanart I've ever seen - possibly the most gorgeous Eighth Doctor picture I've ever seen. So lovely! And yes, they were so sweet... Eight is my favorite Doctor (you're right, in no version, books or audiodramas or even the comics, did he ever figure out personal space, and most of the time he's so loveable that no one cares) so this picture means a lot to me. I need to sit and look at it and say "d'awww..." for a while...

I zoomed in, you included the ball of string from "Caerdroia", now I need to lie on the floor laughing instead.

lol, I wondered if anyone else would notice the ball of string!  "Caerdroia" is one of my favorites. 

Thank you so much for your comment!  I've wanted to finish this piece for so long, but could only work on it little by little the past year and a half.  Having an opportunity for India Fisher to sign it next month was the final push I needed.

I'm so glad you stuck with it, and what an excellent reason to complete the work! She will love it, I'm sure. The care and love you've put into this image really shows. 

Oh, "Caerdroia"...I almost wish it was a standalone and not woven into the story arc (however incredible that arc is) so I could buttonhole more people and make them listen to it! The only thing that could have made a rare story by Lloyd Rose better was giving Paul McGann a chance to show off what he can do, and it's just magic. Of all the Big Finish audiodramas, that's easily the one I've listened to most often.

But this...this too is magic.

It was!  Straight lines and indoor perspective are not my strongpoints, and it took a lot of trial and error and reference.  I lost track of the hours.  Several weeks, off and on.  ^__^;;;

Ohh, I am so jealous!   Meeting Paul is at the very top of my geek list!  *_____*  I'm limited in my ability to travel, though, so unless he turns up at Gallifrey One again, it's probably not going to happen.  I keep hoping, though!  ^__^;;;

Eeep! Does Gallifrey One have a facebook page? I'd totally go plaster that all over their page and see if they can invite him.  
Unfortunately I missed his panel. I was so sad. But then we went over to the tables and there were like 3 people in line and I was like WELP, I'm GONNA GO SAY HI.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! If anyone deserves to meet him you totally do. Aside from my friend nagging me you're the other reason I started watching Doctor Who!

Yeah! And thank you, haha! I practiced walking like Eleven too, I regret nothing. 

Also, probably for the millionth time, I just love your work. I've been following you since I was about 14? I think that's about when I found you on Elfwood, and I've learned so much from just following you and your work! 
It's so beautiful! So THANK YOU! You've been a huge inspiration to me for a looong time.
