Description "You and me. Time and space. You watch us run." ~River Song

I love the Doctor and River so much... I had to paint this, regardless of how long it took to finish. The Doctor is allowed to sleep sometime! River will watch over him. Cookies for anyone who knows why the time on his watch is significant to them.
