This must be the best piece of Doctor Who fanart that I have ever seen, it’s so beautiful and tender. Simply amazing. (I also like the reference on the watch to 5.02 PM, from the Wedding of River Song. It’s quite fitting, seeing as that is when the Doctor and River got married.)

Oh, it is! The time on the watch is meant to be symbolic/sentimental, marking the time River refused to kill the man she loved, and also the time they were married.
