The Eleventh Doctor and Rose Tyler, in shared wonder and disbelief at seeing each other again. Rose slowly realizes that this strange man is still her Doctor, though his face has changed yet again and he is so much older and sadder, lonelier. It has been centuries for him, and he was so certain that he would never see her again. There is both pain and fondness in his eyes as touches her, as though touching a cherished memory.

Wow. You know, I'd always disliked Rose immensely, found her petty, jealous, and relatively uninteresting compared to some of his other companions. Sorry if that offends. But this is absolutely lovely.

You know, I JUST finished watching the series 7 part 2 of Doctor Who. Then I take a peek of things on here and find this at the bottom of the page.

the colouring is just lovely! And the outlines, that can ruin a picture just by being there, melt perfectly into the motive like they were as natural as shades. Just awesome.

I never really understood why the eleventh doctor didn't react when the war doctor mentioned "the bad wolf girl" when the tenth doctor did. Did eleven forget her? ;o;

I don't know WHY people hated this pairing! These two were perfect together! Although I preferred her with Christopher Eccleston's Doctor. David Tennant is cute, but a little too hyper for me.
But Rose with the 11th Doctor? This is GREAT!

This is awesome. The only thing that I hated about The Eleventh Doctor is that he seemed disconnected from everything in his past. There was no connection whatsoever with Rose, Donna or even Captain Jack. would have loved to see this at least once after he changed. That is how I would have known that it was still The Doctor.

That's not entirely true. Rose, Donna, Martha were all image projections in his TARDIS when he asks to be shown "someone I like." He also mentions at one point that he could go back to help Rose Tyler with her homework if he wanted, or go to all of Jack's stag parties in one night. There are also lots of references and mentions of his previous lives, the time he spent with UNIT, how he forgot his name as the Eighth Doctor, various name dropping about old friends and places, and he even tries to calls up The Brigadier once. Eleven had to move on from his past, as every Doctor does in order to go on living, but he did not forget the people that shaped his life.
