anyone can make their own fan-art/fan-sprites of my fakemon (Id merely ask for including a link to the original in the description), if that's what you mean?

Well, I meant am I allowed to use like 'add' this fakemon into my region, I'll sprite it as well as required for a friend for a game

"add" is just as vague.
Again, as long as any art of them is fanart, I have no problem with that. And if "adding to your region" is just the name being on the list of pokes on your dex, that's also fine.

As for putting something into a game, using fansprites for that with credits is also okay. But I would not want to see them used for roles they were not made for (like using a starter as regular pokemon etc.), and want to be asked beforehand for each individual case.

Specifically for the Woorm line, I would have nothing against someone using it for a fangame...but what kind of game are we talking about exactly?

Like a typical Fakemon Game, adventure capture defeat pokemon league etc. I thought I can use Woorm and it's Evo to be found like the way Drilbur and Excadrill is found
My friend Airora360 decided to make many games and not all games will have the same fakemon so I needed try add some to keep it refreshingly new not just all the same dex for the games
