Psychic type IS the cosmic type they literally have a move called cosmic power, the light trio are psychic type. The original two meteor PokΓ©mon are part psychic type hell the first PokΓ©mon made that in lore comes from space is psychic type (deoxys) and the psychic type gym in Kalos is based around cosmic themes
Look I donβt have a problem with people making new types but what I find annoying is redundant types
