including any forms/megas that affect type.I find this incredibly useful to look at when creating a fake-gen.
Also there is plenty of interesting things to notice about how type distributions have expanded and shifted throughout the generations.
EDIT: how about with pkmn icons next to them? ;D
rotom and flabebe-family make it unnecessarily wide though... well at least there isn't icons for Arceus formes LOL

Interesting. I think another thing that would be neat is to do this:
Generation 1
-Grass
--Tangela
-Fire
--Charmander
--Growlithe
Does this make sense? For each generation I would want to see all the type combinations (Rock/ Ground being listed differently than Ground/ Rock for example). Then for each type combination list the Pokemon. Then you could see which generation is mostly poison or water. You could also see that there is a water/ flying in almost every generation.
