I'd choose the fire rabbit if I was chosing based of af first evolution, but I would chose the otter/shark if I was basing my choise of off final evolution.

The grass starter IS interesting, yet looks like an amalgam of Chikorita, Turtwig, and Treecko.

Chikorita's leaf on its head is the same, its beak looks like Turtwig's. And technically its Treecko's final form's tail that resembles this grass starter's final form's tail.
