Description
As with most other important characters in XY, the villains also don't feel properly fleshed out. So I tried giving them a bit more personality with a bigger selection of Pkmn, while trying to not give them ones that other major characters like gym leaders and E4 are using (even with my fixes for those). The Kalosdex is actually so huge that this isn't hard to do at all.
