thanks I kinda figured it was boiled and then formed...but I find that there is always left over parts of leather left...in the shape...dosnt form the right way...unless its pressed...still cant figure it out......

Around 170€ if i'll do it again, but it would be a little 'different. This type results uncomfortable and i had do some change. Thank you

Not for now, but further i will create a "commercial" version. Now i'm very busy and i do only some little project occasionally. I'll be back to full production around october/november ^^

Thank you! The better source is tandy leather factory. It's a shop online with many tools with "how to use" video. The rest on you tube.

Now i have to ask, is there smthg like a pattern for that? I wanna try it and my test-pauldrons out of paper looks bit weird and not exactly like i want.
Well, maybe i should just try and fail a bit more ^^
