This is one of the best dragons ive ever seen! Very original, and the colors fit eachother well. I love the design and i couldnt come up with something like this. It inspires me to draw things like it and be creative. You used good blending techniques for the painting and the backround is pretty good, it fits the theme. I also like the floating orbs (or bubbles ) around the dragon. They really make this picture stand out from all the rest. If you do more, they should be just like this one and with the same amount of detail.love your work!

i know im supposed to write critique, but thats a little hard for me concidering the fact that you made a better artwork in 2 hours than i do in 4 days!
How the hell do you do that?
Only thing to mention is that your dragon's lower body stops a bit to suddenly at the surface, maybe it would look better with some reflection or fog or something like that.
Also the fact that only his face shows a reflection of the orb (light) and the torso doesnt show any sign of light, maybe that that was an idea to work on.
But besides that it looks just amazing! GJ

this was truly amazing! the only thing that I have to say is that maybe you could have put fish in the water and put bubbles up higher too. oh and one question, would you mind if I put this on my new blog? Pizzzoli.com Sorry but this will be the last thing, what website did you use for this? its awesome and I see alot of people who do digital art, but I never can find anywhere to do it myself, is it even a website? I have absolutely no clue. this is better than anyone can expect of me.

if you cant get photoshop have a look for a programme called gimp
its like a free version of photoshop

Sorry I know I'm not the artist of this or a digital artist myself but most (that I know of) put programs onto their pcs or at a basic level use something similar to paint to do digital work. Some use photoshop, depends on the type of art you're looking to do :3 It may be worth seeing if you can borrow a friends software (if they have any available) such as photoshop as programs can be quite expensive. Hope this helped ^^

It is amazing, simply amazing. You could use a little more attention to the wings, as this is only my opinion, but they should be more open and prominent. They give the dragons' their character (ex: fierce dragons, ragged wings). The bubbles have their own affect on the picture. Maybe you could give a little more attention to the background? Stalactites and what not. Maybe you could also try slightly different shades of blue on the bubbles and water to create a distance effect from bubble to bubble. Could the dragon also be in different colors? Maybe like slightly navy blue?

Wow! This is really stunning work! I love the illuminated detailing on the horns. Also the hint of rust color throughout the body contrasts the blue coloring nicely. I like how the body seems metallic like a machine, but the piece has a magic or arcane feel to it. I've always felt that a dragon's wings should be bold, but I do like how you made them fade with the background. I suggest that the wings span out and not up, because I feel like the wings are squished into the frame and not open. This is truly beautiful work!

This is really great, i love your use of color and the blending is magnificent, the lighting on the spheres is amazing and the detail superb, love that the dragon is upright and the wings blending into the background is unusual and different and it makes the body stand out, loving the detail of the dragon, especially love from just below the chest to the the head. few points that could have been better though are the arms and hands, the ways they go and perspective just seems a little off also if you retry this perhaps remove that orb on the left thigh? just seems a little out of place their. overall great work, i couldn't produce anything even close to this in a week yet you did it in 2 hours good job!.

just butiful the idea is great but it has the look that its wearing armor unless you wanted a dragon deity kinds of look the only promblem is that it looks like there is no lower jaw. are the blubbles sopposed to be like souls that it has colectted from fallenenemys. ialso feel that the wings should have a bigger span shown and more vissablilty it could have a more reptillian look to the whole face and the horns could be more big.over all this piece of art is a very very very brilliant and buitiful pieace of artwork.and that is why you should keep making dragons

Blurred wings are probably effect of some enchantment on him, as you can see this dragon is wearing an armor, which "upgrades" his body. So why not to make wings more powerful too ?
