I have my problems with this deviation...
I really like the skin and probably would have bought it if I would still use WB. As much as I adore adni18's (free) work I would consider this as "advertising" by dA policies. In other cases such deviations were removed immediately. So why does this deviation get a DD? This must be the first "commercial" work to get a DD??
And the description tells nothing about the money somebody has to shell out to use it. If you respect dA and it's policies you have to remove it from here...

i know i've already replied to you at a different location, but just to inform people that'd read your above comment, while wondering what deviantART's position towards your concern might be:
"..There are no policies against such a thing.
In regards to stock & resources, we've come across people who provide a preview and then it links to the pay for use download. (...) the very definition of stock and resources on deviantART is that they are not something you pay for.. and we've informally decided not to give DDs to these.
However, the example (incl. the DD) above is outside of Stock and Resources and is based on the 'design' the 'art'.
it's no different then someone getting a DD for a sculpture they are selling on ebay or crafts being sold on etsy.
Let it be understood that what these deviants are doing (even the stock people I discussed previously) are pointing out a very obvious lack we have at deviantART and unless they are violating the terms of service with something largely commercial, we shouldn't penalize them for a need we should be trying to fill as a company
So the DD stays

I understand what you say, though, theres advertising of peoples work linking to peoples sites ALL over DA. It is quite normal now in DeviantArt.
If someone wants to buy it's OK, (by the way I didn't sell not one piece of it), but if he doesn't want to pay he can find by this occasion hundreds of my free works in my site.
Please be kind with a man who shares his 99,5 % of his work for free!

I would put down the cash on it if WB wasn't such a glitchy piece of software and they bothered to fix things, Chrome support for example. You should make a regular VS version and sell that.

I have it in my site for one week, before upload it in DA, and I sold only one piece!!! After this nothing, zero sales...
I guess people don't have money this period of time with this huge economic crisis all over the world!
As you see DA and DD didn't help me at all commercially.
