• First within Rainmeter main application panel choose the skin with the hour format you prefer (12 or 24 hours).
•This skin is resizable*, which means that you can change the size of this widget by pointing the cursor on any part of it and scroll the mouse wheel forward or backward.
* Don’t do it fast, in rare cases it may crash the Rainmeter, in this case please re-install the skin.

It is a Microsoft Windows issue, I guess you need a third party extraction tool, try the shareware, but for ever free WinRar ( download.cnet.com/WinRAR-64-bi…
