Cool! Very nicely done. And yes, this logo existed way before Half-Life. If my memory serves me right, even the game Cannon Fodder from 1993 had it as an opening screen.

i'd be less calm if i had a valve sticking out of my eye,...... have you seen the new version with the guy that has a valve stikikng out of the back of his head?.. its pretty cool too.. but it doesn't give the same creepy effect
