I'm in the process of playing that game for the first time now, but with the flight codes so it's not a total nightmare. Come to think of it, Scuzzy hasn't been seen since Firewall.

They didn't merge they splited
Clash is the original state of Hack and Slash as Gigabyte is the original state of Megabyte and Hexadecimal.
Basically something powerful can split into 2 not-that-powerfull characters and they will have mental issues

Yes, although there's a continuity error there: Scuzzy is also in the photo of Hex that Megabyte tips face-down in the opening cutscene. Tsk.

I remember watching the video clips from that game on YouTube. I wish they would have done maybe a prequel episode in the series based on everything that went on in the game.

Anyway, the creators have said that the game events are not canon. Though there's not a whole lot in it that couldn't be reconciled with show canon, with a little fiddling.

I doubt the whole thing would work as an episodeβgame story structure and TV story structure are quite different things. Elements could be adapted, though.
