Description
This has to be one of my proudest creations I have made yet. One year ago, I created a trio landscape space series. I won't talk about much of my inspiration(s). To be honest, I am little shy talking about what inspires me to do such things. Especially this piece in particular.There were a lot of things I wish I could have done this year (heh, regrets, regrets), but I am truly happy that I am able to do this one at least and I get to end my Senior year in high school with this piece.
I truly feel this one is a defining moment in my ability to create art. Thank you for watching and especially waiting. I hope this piece is worth it.
This piece can be printed in 6x2 ft. I am going to print it. Maybe print three.

nice, but the textures on the planets are too sharp in contrast to the image also the colours should be more or less from the image itself, now they look to photoshopped,

Lovely work, looks like a scene from a fantasy novel, with the red moon and blue moon in the sky. Kinda inspiring me with that.

Multiple planets are always startling to me, but in a very good way. The sky is foreign but the ground is familiar, which leaves me in a twist of emotions that make me drawn to this picture. The pinkish tones are a very nice job. Well done~

I dont want to take from your enjoyment because you deserve it.. but i need to help you!
If you take my advice, do it to this picture please! And then tell me you did it, so i can look at it again...
Ok, the land scape is perfect! But, the planets are missaplied.
I would take them out, it doesnt need them anyway! But its better to leave them in, just for the challenge.
So here is what i'd do, instead;
Put them farther back in the sky.. In other words, raise them up just a bit..make them a little smaller...brighten them more, toward the sunny side...fog them out about 50% more, almost to the point where you have to look for them...And finally but most importantly, put a reflection from them off the water, slight it may be!
The only reason I'v told you this is because the image is so perfect, that these small imperfections, must be fix.

Personally, I disagree to certain extents. The placement of the moons/planets, I don't feel I need to change. Maybe the reflections. They are quite subtle, but much of it based on the obscurity of the tree reflections and the sun's location in the reflection as well as aesthetic choice.
As for removing them? The piece could have no planets, but I would see that as incomplete. I am hardly interested in doing it for the challenge. Only what I think is right. I am not trying to aim it perfectly. Only what I have done emotionally. I am a perfectionist to some extent, but I know when I need to stop obsessing and focus on other things.
I had others tell me that it should be this or it should be that before I posted this piece in dA. I had others tell me that it doesn't fit or doesn't seem right. And unfortunately, they conflict each other. So, I will do what I think is right. And countless times, I did prove that I am right. I already know what to do. That is why I made a jump from my previous piece, "Under the Starlit Sky" to this one.
I'm not disregarding what you have said. It's for me to consider and think about in later pieces. I could only get better.
