cool! Very painterly, my kind of taste would be nice to translate such a scenery into a traditional painting, you know I am doing digital concepts as guideline (and sometimes cover artworks) and now I have started to translate some of them in my expressive traditional style.

Muted saturated colors feel like it has the texture of a canvas painted work, hmm title, Cerulean Pirate Patrol?

Nice one! I suspect you may be an admirer of the great John Harris?

Love it. It reminds me of the sorely missed old SF covers from the 50s and 60s- Chris Foss, Vincent di Fate, and the likes; and even some awful illustrators who still managed to create that strange and weird otherworldliness on their covers. The simple colours you have used have allowed a natural beauty to come through without anything feeling forced. I really appreciate you creating this and then sharing it with us.
Thanks!

Hey thankyou. No you're ok with the 50's as well. Glad you like it.

Beside the fact that I love the color blue. I think the particular shades you used in this are very satisfying to look at. I actually thought the ships were floating rocks for a while, until I took a closer look at the streams they were producing. Then it hit me.
