Talk about a parallel dimension. This is similar to Injustice: Gods Among Us, when Mainstream Superman went to fight against his Regime counterpart, who lost Lois Lane and his son when the Joker drugged him make him think he was fighting Doomsday, when it was Lois all along, and rigged the nuke trigger to Lois' heartbeat, when she and the baby died, Metropolis died with them.

Yeah. I understand the blue Mega Mutt in the red clothes and blue cape is the Mainstream Mega Mutt. And I can guess that the red Mega Mutt in the blue suit and red cape is the High Councillor of the One Earth Regime whose family was killed because of his Connor Mackey.

Well, I can make out on what they said before they duke it out.
After beating Regime Jerziu and throwing him back into another dimension, Mainstream Mega Mutt catches his breath from the fight, knowing Jerziu's stock strength if he took in the potent Mega Serum, and sees his Regime counterpart coming in from above.
Regime Mega Mutt: *flies in* I knew they were going to pull you over eventually. You don't belong here.
Mainstream Mega Mutt: My obligations don't end at the borders of my dimension. So you and I finally get to meet, face-to-face.
Regime Mega Mutt: *lands on both feet* I couldn't agree more. I am this world's savior, I protect it!
Mainstream Mega Mutt: That's what's happening out there? You call that "protection"? Hurting and killing innocent people?
Regime Mega Mutt: Disobedient children should be punished.

Yeah. Mainstream Lithius would have to force his fight with his Regime counterpart elsewhere, due to collateral damage in Kentville and Clarkson City. And even if her counterpart in the Regime world passed away, Lillian can put a stop to Regime Mega Mutt's forces and subordinates by herself, despite their best efforts of putting her down, since she has the stock strength of an A+ blood type.

Since we know that the powers and abilities given by the Mega Serum differs in power levels by blood type. If Jerziu is an AB+ type, and had the enhanced and more potent Mega Serum, yikes.

Yeah. I could imagine Connor Mackey ending up like Emil Blonsky from the Incredible Hulk and became a giant-sized gamma-radiated mutant in another attempt to exact revenge on Lithius.

That would be a fight of the century. Though, unlike Lithius, Connor can't fly, but can jump great heights and distances to compensate for it.
