No I didn't recently make this on my laptop...I made it at school before Exams...I can't do Photoshop until I find CS2 lying around in the files (CS3 Extended's trial ended so I have nothing temporarily...)This is a Collage a Wallpaper for something secret...Added to my Forum as well. I'm still new to the Photoshop Game, so give me a break okay, leave lots of comment XD

[EDIT] THESE ARE ALL OF THE PICS AXL HAS (Excluding Model A because we still don't know if he TRULY is Axl since we've been told he's [OMGSPOILER])
[EDIT2] Well model A is Axl apparently... (Yeah I was glad to hear he was [OMGSPOILER]) at the time, model A did nothing Axl could do (except A-Trans)

That's because most people have given up due to dA's confusing copyright policies.
And yes, it is different for tribute wallpapers, because you're claiming it as yours. Right below the deviation is a little something that says "©2008-2010 ~Advent-Axl". You cannot take it off, you cannot change it. That little sentence copyrights the deviation to you, so if it's not 100% yours...it's art theft.

Yes I claim that I made the collage, but not the artwork inside the collage. I made that perfectly clear. No matter which way you look at it, it isn't stealing. That is all.

No matter which way you look at it, it is stealing. You didn't make the art. Therefore, it is not yours. I highly doubt you got permission from Capcom to make this wallpaper.
