Um...They are a mix of drawing and effects---- I'm not sure how others do it but I start with a line that's then motion blurred and stretched, placing an overlay layer on top then going with a soft brush for the glow, and then finish with a normal round brush for the final line

Clever use of the lens flare! Also, I think this has to be the most anatomically correct and highly detailed faces that I have seen in your collection. The tones within the eyes, the individual strands of hair, the subtle color change between skin and lips, and so much more shows your artistic qualities.
