It's an extreme photo edit. The original is a single photograph, Cyan Metal 3, to which nothing has been added from elsewhere at all. What has been done is to isolate and rehue areas of the original using a mouse and Photoshop. Is it a digital drawing or a photo? Every pixel was originally photographed and some have since changed colour.
