Even his face seems to be defined. Very nice. I'll have to learn how to do this stuff.

though this is a picture, this evokes the feelings of listening to a 1970's slow rock!

Thanks. I've only used scripts four times, and this was the best of them. I'm real happy with the colors and the way the image has a great theme to it. Appreciate the awesome feedback.

Could be. Maybe if I did this in more reddish colors, it would make a wonderful phoenix.

Thanks. Thought it had more to it than an eagle theme, so the angels wings fit nicely.

Thank you. I get fairly lucky with names, but this one just jumped out at me, just like the image did after I ran the script. I'm really happy that people are relating to the name and the meaning of it.

"The messanger of god"... I know all of this has already gone through your head, but I can't imagine a better way to describe a messanger of god than fractals, it's such an accurate communication of that idea. First there was the word, and it was a formula for creation and from it sprang all that is...
Wonderful colours and composition as well.
(And you got this reaction from a heathen. )

Aeires In reply to exquisiteoath [2004-10-01 19:35:44 +0000 UTC]
Actually I wasn't thinking in that way. I saw the angelic wings and the gold sections reminded me of shiny armor, and the whole image seemed to me like the subject was moving between dimensions as angels do, so I derived the name from that. Your description is really a great take on fractals and the creation and I'm really glad you commented on that. I think it was Einstein that said God was into details and one of the early astronomers (Copernicus?) refused to believe that the earth was the center of the earth because he gave credit to God for the math of it all, which is what fractals are all about. Thanks so much for sharing that, heathen and all.

exquisiteoath In reply to Aeires [2004-10-01 20:14:39 +0000 UTC]
Don't get me wrong, I saw those too... that's what got me thinking about creation, was the fac that there was this definate angelic form (somewhat cubist or multi-dimensional) present in the work.
