Description sorry for bad handwriting!!

if you dont have photoshop i dont believe you have filters. truely the filter of distort>wave works best with glitches but me using tiny pixels went horribly wrong

I got Photoshop with my computer.

If you want free programs, try out fire alpaca and gimp. I heard gimp is good, but I've only used fire alpaca though very rarely.

Try fire alpaca. Its like a mix of Photoshop and sai but its free.
