Oct '09: Edited out the ruled lines, been wanting to do that for a while. Everything else is the same. You should see this now, it's been stained with tea and dog-earred since, lol.---
Finally got around to getting this scanned. I originally wanted to draw a flame ball but somewhere along the line, it changed. I went with the flow.. although I think I overdid the twirls.. but they're so addicting!
Ink pen, 30 mins.

LOL i have that problem with the scrolly vines aswell.. my lecture notebooks were full of them - pretty, but didnt help me with exams LOL i LOVE these! so gorgeous, and detailed textures..
