Mor'ais are the wardens of death. Shapeshifters that walk the earth as both man and wolf, their howl has the power to sever the souls of the dead. Each Mor'ais carries on their person a bell that houses the souls they sever until the time that they reach the afterplains.

Another one off the to finish list! I've had this one sitting in my pile for a while. I was actually happy to see how drastically it improved compared to the original sketch I did. The eyes gave me such a hard time from this angle. I probably repainted them about 6 times. Originally I wanted to do a close up of Aina's face since I rarely do that now days, but unfortunately you still can't really see her eye color. At least you can see how they capture light here.
