Well, ~Anyarr and I started doing speedpaints to challenge ourselves. Each week one of us comes up with a topic and we both have to illustrate it. Fast. The goal is to learn how to draw well in a limited time (and in my case, stop obsessing over imperfections ).
This was the first task, with the topic "Draw part of the Avatar cast chilling in the Earth Kingdom after the war". AtLA was great and we wanted to give its characters some love (since everyone's talking about Korra now ). Also, smart people play pai sho.

I'm not used to showing people my unfinished works and speedpaints. It makes me feel nervous and overexposed. Putting this work on dA is a big step for me and I'm actually ashamed of all the small mistakes and overall shittiness of the picture. I'm not used to drawing fast and it shows. Oh well. Time to work on my flaws a bit.

Next ones will be better, I hope.
