This is my Catagory Card for the group .References:
~The upper portation of the BG is from the offical DW site www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/dw
~The lower portation was a mixture of images I manipulated/painted. I used an image from Texture pack II([link] ) and Gallifrey brushes ([link] ).
~The other Gallifrey symbols were a mix of ([link] )and ([link] )brushes/shapes.
All of the DW images were images I found on Google.
And the font for the questions and titles are Deviant Strain (DW Book font) which I got with my ebook, Doctor Who: Deviant Stran by Justin Richards.
Doctor Who is owned by BBC Wales.

Well I haven't actually played with it yet, but I made my character sheet. To answer your question, Doctor Who has an official RPG game called Adventures in Time and Space. You can find it on Borders.com (online store only, not in-store which is annoying) for about $35-$50...or you can download it. If you're interested, I have the links of where I downloaded, just send me a post 
Frankly the hard copies are always best, but in the States it's hard to get DW merchandise/stuff. At least I can get the books in stores instead of online (well I've only been able to find the books at Borders) for a reasonable price.

Sorry, it's not. I made and designed it. The group project was to answer the questions and just be as creative as possible.
However, since you asked, I can make a clean copy for filling out, though it's going to have to be a PSD (photoshop file)due to the layers and type. I'll upload the clean copy soon then post a link from this one to it for others.
