Bio
Dracul is a intelligent and sophisticated pokemon, known to possess a lot of knowledge about many things. With his charming and charismatic demeanor he appears to be quite open and friendly making it easy for him to acquire information or gain trust, though he is actually quite secretive about many things including himself. He's very good at deceiving and manipulating people, though that doesn't mean he's often lying, though he is very fond of teasing people. He is genuinely interested in people which makes him a very patient man and a great listener, he doesn't easily become visibly angered and isn't usually violent, choosing calmly "fighting" with words over physically harming someone. He has a way with words, a master of persuasion and drawing people in, and talks in a calm and polite manner, even when insulting someone it will be in a clever subtle way. Though his words can be alluring be sure to keep your guard up, Dracul can be flirty and has a habit of seducing people (of either gender), don't get lost in his hypnotic gaze. He's quite fond of his "special red wine" and can often be seen drinking it, If you were asking him how it is made, he'd say the source was quite common, even if it wasn't unusually made into drinks. He never gets drunk though.
History
Not much is known about this pokemon's history, though there are records of him that extend over centuries, yet he appears to be in the prime of his life.
Has many batlike servants all over Avalon, mostly Zubat, this might be why he knows so much about the land, he has ears everywhere.
Dracul's servants include various batlike pokemon and some ghost types.
Dracul's most trusted servant and personal messenger is a male Crobat called Alphonse.
Dracul's ring has a Zubat like crest, he uses it to seal letters.
Dracul sometimes refers to his servants as children of the night.
There is a Rumor that Dracul is related to the Royal Draconis family.
Dracul owns a coffin, however it's not clear if he actually uses it, some servants tell he tries to sleep in a bed normally but sometimes ends up giving in to old habits and hanging upside down from the ceiling.
When asked about his relationships he will comment: "Ah I find most of my relations to be quite, fleeting, if you will. Not many linger here very long, willingly that is." And will most likely then turn attention away from himself by addressing you "Though I admit, you are most alluring my dear.".
Dracul nor his servants are effected by Birnam's "curse", in fact when they pass through the forest the trevenant and his minions completely ignore them.
When Dracul is questioned about Birnam he might answer in a manner such as depicted below: (an example of conversation as requested, you don't have to follow this at all though 
Dracul: Ah yes, him, it must have slipped my mind.
Dracul: I believe we have some tomes in the castle about this subject, our assortment should also include some accounts of survivors who were confronted by this particular spirit. A lot of the latter is speculation mind you, theories about it's origin and possible things that might work against it, not necessarily much help unless proven accurate I'm afraid, clearly nobody has succeeded in that as of yet.
Dracul: Hmm? Why? Well that's quite simple. It's not as much disbelief of the survivors account at this point, of course that might have been a factor at first, but after the disappearances and statements from self proclaimed survivors became a common occurrence, though the first far more frequent than the latter, it was at the very least accepted to hold some truth to it.
Dracul: Why then? Is it not obvious? Apparently not so, the answer is fear. The common man would not venture here afraid of what grim fate would befall him. And what use would a lord have sending his men here, were he to find those valiant enough to obey his command, what is he to gain? After the war, about a millennium ago at the current day, Aether did not offer much promise to the other kingdoms, what they knew of at least. It had long been plundered and what would this mere forest hold that would justify wasting manpower on? If the rumours were true it could cause them to lose their soldiers and Arceus forbid bring the curse to them, or so they feared, elementary superstition. As far as they were concerned there were more important things to focus on, and as time passed the whole story became nothing but a tale to tell at a campfire. Yet the fear that remained was sufficient to keep travellers at bay, which makes it a perfect place to live for those who require some privacy from the rest of the land.
Dracul: But I suppose that if you must take care of this before your lord dares to travel here, I shall grant you some aid. There are other means to keep people away, and I do enjoy some company every so often. Very well, you might want to try looking into it then, those tomes, perhaps it can provide you with some clues. I'd love to converse with you more in person, but I'm afraid I can't spend all my time with only some of my quests, that would make me a poor host wouldn't you agree?
Dracul: The books's location? Hmm, indeed I wonder.

Dracul: I'm afraid I do not recall where I've seen them last all I know is that they might not necessarily be in the library, you may have noticed most of my servants might have some trouble seeing where they put items away at times, echolocation isn't always convenient with such tasks, besides the fact I regret to say that not everyone is all that bright. I do apologize for not being more help in this matter, I'm sure you will be able to find them eventually though, you do have a month after all. Until then you are free to explore the castle at your leisure.
Dracul: Ah, do watch your step though, this castle... how to explain it best... you could say it has a bit of a character. Sometimes things move around a bit, hallways seemingly warp and their destination changes, peculiar sounds, rooms locking and unlocking, things appearing,you might stumble into a hidden room without a means to escape, and it could be days before anyone finds you if you end up somewhere lost in the caves.... ah really it's quite a list, but I'm sure you'll see.
Dracul: Now look at that, I'm sorry I didn't mean to frighten you, really there is no reason to worry, there are hardly any incidents nowadays I'm sure it's perfectly save. However you are always free to come keep me company if you need some comfort, just call upon a servant, they'll gladly lead you to my side and in turn I'll do my best to accommodate your needs, perhaps interest you in a glass of wine as well, it does wonders to calm the nerves. Ah look at the time, really I should be checking in with the cook to see how dinner is coming along, if you'd excuse me.

I didn't know much about POA until I came across this handsome prince! That's really how I imagined Noivern in a Dracula inspired outfit, and this is really spot on!
I'm soon planning to make my own Noivern OC in a vampire-like attire so I don't wanna copy your design of Dracul as my Noivern will have a different look of outfit but still retaining the Dracula-like feel, I got him started in a journal entry and i'll flesh him out more soon.
I really hope to see more artwork of him in the POA stories as Dracul is just now my favorite character from POA, and since Noivern is one of my favorite Pokemon, this really won me over!
Great character design and one suave personality, this Noivern is a solid A+ in my book!

Keiko : *Teleports in out of nowhere with a pink flash because of mysterious stone letting her do such things* "Kawww! So Kawaii! Somehow, I'm sure we'll get along just fine, Dracul-Sensei!"
(Somehow, assuming no back-stabbing action goes on, Dracul may see a lot of use from me, if not between Yuki and him, between Dracul(-Sensei) and Keiko... Assuming he does not mind talking to ghosts who retain their form and get odd abilities because of a odd bracelet.)

Dracul shuddered slightly as the voice of the girl penetrated his sensitive eardrums, he turned around to discover the source of the voice. Raising a claw to his chin as he calmly observed the ghostly apparition in silence, leaning forward slightly, eyes on the bracelet around it's wrist, before straightening again.
"How peculiar indeed. Perhaps I should inform him about this." The Noivern shook himself slightly, dropping his claw from his chin.
"Ah, my apologies, how rude of me, miss....?"
(Dracul doesn't mind talking to her, though he probably would request her not yelling too loudly. He'd be completely fine with Yuki too, he has connection to other assassins as well, though he doesn't particularly hire them himself to kill people, they usually come to him for information.)

The Oshawott Ghost giggles... but in a much quieter fashion... "Tee-hee... Gomen'nasai (I'm Sorry)... The Name's Keiko. I normally run a Tailor Shop in the forests, and I learned how to bring a family member back with me recently as well, but... That Big-Tree-Life-Sapping jerk ransacked the shop and had his minions beat Otosan (Father) up after they learned that they can't go around taking my or Otosan's soul because... The bracelet makes more life force then they can possibly take, and I can just share it to others to counter the drain on others. You'd think the guy would just be happy that it would heal him infinitely when I get too close but... Guess not."
The Child then scratches the side of her head before continuing... "...Anyways... One of your messengers slipped me the word about this place, and with me being new to all of this stuff, I figured you would have some way to help out before my brother goes teaching him a lesson... before he goes paying you a visit."
(Don't worry, she does not yell all the time. Just when she gets super excited about something, as she may go full fan-girl out of a anime show mode when that happens. As for Yuki, he's not really affiliated with other assassins as well... in fact, he may get targeted when they learn that he has a bounty from a certain gang that he is trying to settle the score with... Though Yuki's not aware that Keiko's still around because of her bracelet, and she wants it to stay that way for a little while longer. The first encounter won't go like this though; I had him helping with her learning more about the bracelet and getting Dad to come around anyway.)
(May kings and emperors everywhere get upset however because of it pretty much being a eternal life object, and how excessively rare a object that is... So I guess beware of the Kid with the bracelet granting her the ghost form and odd powers (She can be a prankster, and cruel and unusual to outlaws), and any rulers who get jealous of her as a result... And before you ask, I had that LONG before M8 came around. This is not a magic hat pull to cheat, and Yuki does not benefit.)

Dracul blinked for a moment progressing everything he just been told "How fascinating. Young lady, I must say, you possess quite the rare artifact." He looked like he wanted to investigate more about the bracelet, but restrained himself from giving in to the temptation, for now. Choosing to focus on her request for now, perhaps he'd be able to learn more about the item later, especially if he was to gain her trust by extending a helping hand, even if only a little guidance to point her in the right direction for now, what kind of gentleman would he be if he did not help this little miss that came to him for aid. The thought of how his headmaid, wife of his most most trusted servant Alphonse, a Swoobat by the name of Lucia, would protest the claim he was anything even close to a gentleman, on top of certainly insulting him in some other ways while she was a it, brought a chuckle from the Noivern.
But now, getting back to the matter at hand. "You are correct in your assumption my dear, I might just have something that can be of use to you." He gestured around himself with a sweeping motion of his winged arm "As you have probably noticed, even though we live in the forest its 'curse' does not afflict myself or my servants, protection is also extended to my guests, as long as they remain in the direct vicinity of my home. Naturally we have found ways to counter the forest's effects and repel any unwanted "guests" ages ago. This information, among other things relating to the topic of magic, spirits and exorcism, can all be found in the various tomes, papers and diaries that can be found within the library of the castle." The dragon pokemon chuckled again "Or at least within the castle itself." His tone humorous as he continued "One might find that returning things to their rightful place can be hard without eyes, an asset quite a lot of my servants lack as you can see. Since my headmaid is away on an errand things have become a bit chaotic here." Dracul walked passed the apparition, stopping and turning back slightly. "If you'd follow me my dear, I'll show you to the library.".
(Dracul won't become angry about it, he just has very sensitive hearing so he would remind her to be more quiet from time to time. Dracul won't tolerate anyone infiltrating his home, especially for such things, so if Yuki ever needed a safe place he would be safe in his keep. Only foolish people that don't associate with him would dare to enter his castle uninvited.)
(There are probably a couple of S.NPCs that might be interesting for her to meet when they are introduced. One of them already has an app though we won't release more info about him until later missions (fav.me/d96kg0s ), he won't like the fact she has that artifact though, I can already tell you that. Dracul also mentioned someone in my last reply "Perhaps I should inform him about this" that's also referring to a future S.NPC, someone who wrote some of the diaries in the library, he'll also be mentioned in the epilogue of M8. You'll also be able to do something very interesting quite a bit later in the plot of the group since you have a character with such an item, but you'll learn about that later.
Wasn't thinking it was made up for M8 haha, even if it was that's no problem either, but I think you had the app of her before M8 to begin with ^^)

The Oshawott cheerful "hopped" up and down... however you do that while levitating... but she continued to speak with a more approperate in-door voice "Mai... (My...) The bracelet does help with getting souls from the afterlife to here and back, but... to be rather honest, I'm not that great, hence why Otosan's strength is nowhere near what it was before; he will need a week or two before he can pick up even a few sticks... but surely, knowing more about those will make the task far easier and not so likely to fail or have such a negative impact on the affected." She then seemed to chuckle when the humor came up "...I highly doubt that misplacing is going to be a issue, as I have all the time in the world to look for them..." A droplet of sweat appears when she says the next word due to how absurdly accurate it was... "...Literally." She then shakes her head to get back on subject "Anyways, I'll gladly follow along, Yūjin (Friend), lead along~."
(Heh, and thankfuly, Yuki is respectful of Dracul, and got along with him just fine. Funny bit though, Keiko's not heavily impacted by the castle constantly shifting, as she can just, being a ghost, go through the walls or teleport elsewhere in the event that she gets lost or ends up in the awkward situation where she would normally be "locked" in a room for a week or so... Cue her finding the occasional mon who did get locked up and working to dig them out.)
(As for "That guy..." I can see why he'd be a little upset, as that may undermine his efforts if she proved "unkillable" and shared life force at times, assuming at his intentions. As for other characters, I can see how it will have a notable impact on them (Wei-Guang may immediately come to mind if he gets wind of what it can do, and I'm sure more then a few other nations may start contesting... feh, you could end up starting a whole multi-way war over a single pink bracelet.) but some, she may avoid or have hushed encounters with (Sophia is also unaware, and Keiko knows as soon as she learns, Yuki's going to learn as well due to telepathy, and she has a gut feeling that if Alaric learns without something to contain the knowlage... likely, Sophia will learn as well (Mind Reader, if not word spreading like wildfire.), and... vicious road.)
(Though to note, some of her abilities require her to expend the life force, somewhat like a case in a RPG where a spell costs health rather then mana, and a sign of her being exhausted is when she takes up a older appearance... cue the thought of a 13 year old looking 100 years old. Abusing her abilities to the point where there is insufficient life force to support her will cause her to lose her form and make the bracelet drop onto the ground until she recovers. Of course, she does get better with retaining energy and regenerating it as time goes on... cue the bracelet having it's own level. *Keiko level 50, Life Perseverance Stone lv 10* Also to note though, there are multiple bracelets like that, but they are very rare. I have two character ideas that also have them, and one is a sort of old-yet-youthful "mystery merchant", and another... is a psychopath who learned how to resurrect herself with the bracelet after a lucky encounter. Not good for anyone, due to her love for killing... at least it's a excuse for a NPC that some people can kill multiple times without her being removed from the picture, and thankfully, resurrection is not immediate and takes a lot of life force and practice with the bracelet to pull off, hence why Keiko's still a ghost.)
(Add on! : thinking on Alphonse, he may also get use... he got involved in M8 as well, what with leading Yuki to Dracul Manor and taking part in a conversation relating to Yuki's personal quest line... On a side now however, why am I getting the temptation to make "Common Courier" S.NPCs for the various nations? (For Aether, That Delibird from X-mas 2013 comes to mind... and I'm getting ideas for the other nations as well.))

(The castle is only shifting so much because Dracul made it so it would do this for the mission, or for any scenario where he would find it amusing to mess with people in that manner. Even though he made it appear it would take a while to find any trapped mons, he himself could find them easily by sound in the rare case one of the ghost pokemon working for him wouldn't tell him about the fact someone was trapped somewhere, as they would most likely be the cause of them being trapped. Though it's not a lie they would be there for a while, Dracul would wait with freeing them for a bit.)
(He will get upset with anything upsetting the balance between life and death, especially something like this, because a certain party would love to get their hands on that bracelet seeing as they are trying to get the same effect it can give, but are aiming for something much harder to obtain (which will involve a mission later, that's why your character could have a completely different take on that mission than most, seeing as they would definitely target Keiko if they find out about it), that's all I can tell you for now though. As for other characters, many have reasons to get it, selfish reasons like immortality, or for example bringing someone back from the dead (something that is very hard to do without resorting to black magic, and there is always a price for that.). Keiko would be wise to keep that bracelet secret, though showing Dracul like she did will not effect her negatively for the moment, in fact within Dracul's domain she will be safe from that Dusknoir, who undoubtedly has sensed the disturbance already, even if he were to abandon his current quest in order to seek her out.)

(There are some Courier S.NPC (not every kingdom has one established yet though), Aether itself also has one for within the capital and one for longer distances, along with some other S.NPC we have not yet released, the tavern owner, innkeeper, portmaster etc. I wanted to check some stuff with the founder, but seeing as she's been gone for quite some time that's currently not possible. If she doesn't return by January I'll probably end up releasing them anyway, together with some other updates I've been wanting to make before the group's anniversary rolls around the corner.)

(Ol' Teasing game to keep life interesting, I see... good to know he can control it then, else I can see how it can prove to be a headache even to the Noivern himself.)
(I can very well see why they would target her then... though they may have to resort to holding her then by magical means rather then full out getting the bracelet if it's not immortality, as the bracelet can't be removed forcibly... (Requires the owner to be alive or resurrected, then the owner must willingly take it off him or herself. If the owner is dead or in ghost form, or the attempt to take it off was against the owner's will, it will not budge at all.)... Not to mention she can teleport and travel back and forth between the world of the living and the dead, among many other crazy things to foil anyone who tries anything. Most likely though she will pull off more then a few eyelid pull taunts and drive her pursuers (And any priests who try to banish her only to find that such holy efforts don't work on her.) insane... (I have the NPCs in prototype right now, in fact much of them are finished... just need to get the idea on how they look and introduce them... You are free to ask to see them, if you wish, as I've only shown one friend them so far. (They both played a major role in Yuki's past, but as of right now, they have not appeared in Avalon... For the Psycho, even Wei-Guang can say "Thank Arceus!"... in fact, a skeleton that represented her appeared in M6 in Yuki's own vision, where it went haywire due to his conflicting desires and the fact that he's a *little* nuts...))

I was thinking more like "Within the countries's boundaries" (Aether's Common Courier, if you want to think that way.) but I'll gladly work on any non-existent couriers or any roles that are missing for whatever reason. As for the unreleased S.NPCs and the founder... I will leave it to your discretion about them.)

Yes, while the trevenant technically can't turn them into a ghost he can still drain them of their energy. Until there is nothing left, have his minions forcefully trap a ghost type in a tree/hollowed out bark, or find some other way to trap them and turn them into his minions. A ghost type pokemon is already one step ahead of the other pokemon as Birnam doesn't need to turn them into a ghost first.

Haha yeah or make it something akin to a penname or something (have him name some of his servants, Richard, Jason, Timothy and Damien), We could also do something with Wayne, perhaps name the castle after it, though calling the castle something like Nosferatu would also be cool, or Van Hellsing estate. I'll keep it in mind I'll play around with some options in an empty hour.
