I'n don't create barcode in first place but I can tell u something about it I know.
Every people born in barcode in wrist. (I made jack have a barcode in neck)
The barcode show every people's emitional
and when the red star first beside barcode is means that they are selfharm.

Ah sorry about the other comment, what it means is. When a barcode has a star, a red one. It means he or she tried to hurt himself...kinda like suicide I think.
