Who remember Charace? Dridder queen who snapped after her daughter was killed? This is her, but...Without her crown...I was thinking of still keeping her around as a char, tho' I'm don't really find Dridders attractive...Considering...My massive fear of spiders... ._.;;
Didn't feel like doing anymore on it tonight, but liked how it was turning out, so...Here. Originally just a sketch, s'why she's not doing anything particularly...Exciting...Or...Even...That doesn't make her look like a statue.
btw, she was overthrown by that...General...Person...Forget his name, so she's not queen anymore. Actually, she broke away from Dridder society after, making it seem like she was killed. She's currently plotting to take back her throne and...I 'unno...Kill Nagas? ::Shrug::

That's the weird thing...Spiders scare the hell out of me...But I love learning about them. My favorite is the Trapdoor Spider. Fucking ninjas.
I have all sorts of books on spiders...Hell, I'm prolly so scared cause I've seen what spider bites can do <_< lol But also the hairyness...And the legs...And the fangs...And the creepy crawly sensation just from thinking about them... ::Shudder::

I love the Trapdoor Spider, Garder Spider, Daddy Longlegs (they are really common in California) and Black Widows after a Wasp stings them. But my favorite is the Tarantula, they look so cool, which is what I modeled Talantla after. By the way she's behind you eating a spider leg and blushing like crazy.

1. She's wanting to give you that creepy crawly feeling.
2. She ate a stray dridder pretty fast and that leg is all that was left of him. She really hates dridders sometimes.
3. The blushing...I don't know (Talantla hugs you tightly)? Maybe that fact that she wanted to hug someone.

Oh, well let me clear up some of it. Talantla doesn't really like Dridders because she gets mistaken for one, a lot. However she loves eating them (spiders tend to be cannibalistic).
She likes sneaking behind people and grabbing them to get a rise out of them...and flirt with them. I think in this case I think it's because you fear spiders so she is deliberately trying to give you that creepy crawly feeling. (Talantla finishes eating the leg, then grabs you from behind while touching you with her legs)
