Description
Used Gimp and the Unsharp mask effect to get rid of the gray speckles so I could fill-color. I'm a noob and don't understand the concept of layers for this new version of Gimp.Anyways, my drawing of Walter taking a snooze, with unexciting colors.

I'd help you with the color thing, but I've never used gimp before. I suggest finding some simple tutorials. Otherwise, great job on the simple color job. He looks even more adorable colored in! (:

Oh, it would help... if the Gimp version I downloaded wasn't so darn complicated. It's the NEW version and is much different than the older ones. I despise new versions of stuff.

It's for educational and non-profit uses only. If you're going to get a job on it, I recommend getting a professional copy, but your employer should have paid you for one anyway. Just try to find it somewhere. I ask a friend who downloaded it.

It's not hard to find a cracked copy, but it recommending getting one that doesn't get downloaded too often. It should give you a serial number along with it.

Would you know what sites are legit for downloading? I see a lot of them but some of them look fake... or like there would be a bazillion viruses lurking around

Unfortunately, I can't help you there. I don't download my programs at all. I usually get them on CD from people who've used them previously. Try that first, if you know anyone who uses it.
